Being confident in Microsoft Outlook functions is essential for anyone who is in business today. Outlook is an ideal way of managing your emails with the rest of your team or indeed your clients. This half course is for anybody wanting to learn about Microsoft Outlook functions and as its part of Microsoft 365. It helps participant gain the knowledge to ensure that they can maximise the full use of MS Outlook
To ensure success, participant should be familiar with using personal computers, and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. Students should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on their computers. Specific tasks the participant should be able to perform include launching and closing applications, navigating basic file structures, and managing files and folders
