Course description
First Impressions Count – Managing Perception
Our first impression of someone is formed with the first 30 seconds and we never get a second chance to make a first impression. Managing perception is important for us all, whether it is a job interview, giving a presentation or meeting with someone for the first time. This course is aimed at those wanting to increase the impact they make and create a positive first impression. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
