The American Poet, William Carlos Williams said, “It is not what you say that matters but the manner in which you say it.” As human beings, we simply cannot function without communication. In a business environment, we are either passing facts, influencing, manipulating or persuading a colleague, manager, stakeholders or customer. Sometimes, the formation of the sentences makes or breaks what we’re trying to achieve.
