Multigenerational workplaces are the norm, with millennials making up the largest proportion of our workforce.
This dynamic can form the foundation of productive and innovative teams. However, generalisations and stereotypes about social groups can lead to miscommunication and misunderstandings - with this, the potential for a negative effect on employee engagement and ultimately on an organisation’s performance.
