Coaching Supervision - isn't that just coaching the coach?
This new workshop will explore the purpose of coaching supervision and consider the difference it could make to your practice as a coach or, indeed, as a future coaching supervisor.
The workshop will include a session with Michelle Lucas, who refers to herself as an "Accidental Supervisor".
Michelle is passionate about coaching and coaching supervision. She is an Accredited Master Coach and an Accredited Supervisor. Michelle is recognised as one of the leaders in the field, winning the EMCC 2021 global supervision award. A regular speaker at coaching conferences, she has authored numerous academic articles, two books and is now working on a third.
She also volunteers for the Association for Coaching and is their Supervision Education Lead.
