This Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 3 apprenticeship builds upon a professional’s existing knowledge and furthers their understanding of the financial industry, the regulation and the best products and services to support the customers they serve.
On completion of this programme, learners will be confident enough to meet the individual need of different customers, supporting and motivating their colleagues while keeping up with all legal, regulatory and risk requirements.
