Course delivery details

Delivered over a 3 week period, this online course consists of 12 hours of facilitated online learning over 3 days. An estimated 10 hours of self-directed learning is recommended for the duration of the course. The classrooms are supported by digital resources and activities to help further embed knowledge and good practice. You’ll take part in an action planning session at the end of each virtual classroom to encourage you to practically apply what you have learnt.

The delivery of the course has been spaced out to help you to retain and apply practices into your working environment. Our virtual classrooms have been designed to be interactive to encourage peer to peer learning. You’ll receive a Certification of Attendance upon successful completion of this course.
