This short online course starts by exploring the scale and scope of a typical HR technology environment. It then provides an essential overview of the key factors to consider to better understand these various technologies and their application. Developed by author of Introduction to HR Technologies, Stacey Harris, the programme includes real-world case studies to demonstrate how other organisations have implemented technology successfully.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to identify the required skills and infrastructure to achieve organisational and people goals using technology.
