- The role and responsibilities of managers/supervisors implementing disciplinary and grievance policies
- How to prepare and conduct a disciplinary hearing – conducting investigations, taking statements, dealing with appeals fairly
- Handling discipline and grievance issues when employees are represented
- Participants will have an opportunity to practise their skills in conducting a discipline or grievance interview
