Our Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills training course helps you to improve your communication skills by noticing and responding to the non-verbal, subconscious cues of others.
Delivered over 10-week evening virtual classes, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills strengthens your communication across a variety of settings through a broad range of tools and techniques. You’ll be able to express yourself, convey your ideas and develop confidence in social and professional situations.
Emphasis is placed on communication in the workplace particularly in business, however, the content can be applied to personal and social settings.

Assessment and certificates
Informal assessment will take place through group discussion and activities.
There will also be peer feedback where you will have an opportunity to learn about perceptions and how you have developed through the weeks.
There is no formal assessment and you are not given any formal qualifications on completion of the course. However, if you attend 70 percent of the classes you will be awarded an official City, University of London certificate.
