Managing People Effectively Level 2

Suitable for first line, middle and senior Managers and Leaders who have had little training or who want a refresher and update their skills with new and most effective techniques taken from current Management thinking. These skills are equally relevant for remote working, virtual teams or those sitting in the same office.

This module is for Leaders and Managers who want to be more effective and support their staff to work to their highest capability and commitment level. Conducting coaching style conversations to create self-managed and independently working staff who as a consequence feel more appreciated and suffer less stress.
