Enjoyable and insightful course with experienced and engaging trainers. Very useful role play exercises set in a good environment to practice new skills and receive feedback on use of behaviours.

It was an enjoyable 3 days. The trainers were very experienced and likeable. It was disappointing that only 3 of the delegates turned up, although that did mean that the course flowed very quickly, but we lacked participant input. I am aware of what I do well, and what I should work on and will definitely think about this in my day to day movi...
