In this course you will learn to examine the nature of the relationship between Organisation Dynamic Culture and Leadership Styles which presents empirical evidence that suggests the relationship between leadership style and the performance that is mediated by the form of organisational culture that is present and you will further learn that both leadership and culture are linked to organisational performance.
