Matsh Youth Development aims to collaborate on the professionalization of youth work in the Middle East, Africa and Asia by providing Youth Development and Youth Work capacity building programs for youth workers, formulating code of ethics and standards for youth work sector, providing policy and strategy development and management consultancy for youth development institutions.
Matsh Youth Development offers professional training courses for youth workers and for professionals who work with young people in government, private and NGO sectors. Training programs offered by Matsh Youth Development covers various topics in Youth Work field such as: Youth Policies Development, Youth Centered Programming, Managing Youth programs and Organizations, Youth Conflict Resolution, Dealing with young people in their communities and Using Technology for Youth Development.
