Presented by immigration expert Lucy Mair, this webinar will look at the increasing delays and backlog in asylum, National Referral Mechanism/trafficking and asylum accommodation decisions.

Consideration will be given to the relevant historic and recent case law in this area and the prospects for challenging delay by reference to judicial review principles.

The topics covered will include unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors; systemic delays in the provision of adequate accommodation to destitute, refused asylum seekers; individual and systemic delays in NRM decision making; and advice on how to challenge delays.
