The Scottish Law Commission is carrying out a review of cohabitation law in Scotland with changes anticipated.

This webinar will provide an overview of the law as it currently stands, including a close look at the developing caselaw since the advent of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006

It will also look at the anticipated statutory changes and how this will impact on advice to be tendered to clients moving forward. Presenter Susie Mountain is a partner at Brodies Solicitors and author of "A Practical Guide to Cohabitation and the Law in Scotland".
