During this insightful 1-hour webinar, former CQS Lead Assessor Tracy Thompson will provide an insight into each of the updates to explain the new requirements and how they will need to be complied with in practice. Additionally, Tracy will also provide valuable feedback in relation to common areas of non-compliances identified through her compliance assessments of CQS firms.

In addition, the CQS onsite assessments are now being carried out by The Law Society and as such CQS accredited firms should ensure they are following the CPMS requirements as updated in 2022, and that they are ‘assessment ready’.
