This webinar will explain the different ways in which architects can limit their liabilities under the terms of their appointments. It will also provide an explanation of what cannot be limited or excluded.
An overview of limitation and exclusion clauses will be provided, and net contribution clauses will be discussed in detail. Collateral warranties and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act will also be explored.
