Presented by Neil Morrison, this 1 hour webinar will consider the recent Court of Session case of Centenary 6 Limited v TLT LLP [2023], which focused on a loss of a chance claim.

The key elements of a loss of chance claim will be explored and discussed with reference to the Centenary 6 case and other relevant case law, as well as burden of proof, causation, and duty of care.

Neil Morrison is an advocate at the Scottish Bar specialising in commercial litigation and is currently the Course Organiser for the construction law elective on the University of Edinburgh’s DPLP course.
