➢ 5 days training in MTC activities, Appreciative Inquiry facilitation
techniques + 3 Days of on-site mentoring. The 5 Days of training will
involve shadowing an MTC Facilitator on Phase I, Phase II, Conflict to
Collaboration or Emotional Intelligence Workshops. All of these
workshops are 2 day workshops so you can choose how to use your 5
days of training with an MTC Facilitator. The 3 days on-site mentoring
can be used in a variety of ways – e.g.
i) 1 to 1 Mentoring to create a Business and Marketing Plan
ii) Creating a Vision, Mission and Strategy for your Business
iii) Having an MTC Facilitator co-deliver at one of your Clients
iv) Having an MTC Learning and Development Business Development
Director visit your client with you to assist in your Sales Pitch etc.
v) Support in creating your own bespoke training programmes
