Personal Impact Workshop

Theatreworks Personal Impact - 1 day workshop in communication and influencing skills

Drawing on the techniques used by professional actors and directors, this Theatreworks Personal Impact workshop is designed to help delegates improve their communication skills in an experiential and deeply memorable way.

The one day programme is designed as a way for delegates to enhance their confidence in using their body, voice and imagination to communicate in a creative way. Highly practical and participative, the course takes place in a rehearsal room where participants are given a safe space to practice skills related to:

  • Improved breathing and use of voice

A great session, covering voice, posture, movement, emotion and presence, in a truly interactive, experiential way. Lots of practice and feedback from the coaches and your fellow students. Strongly recommended

A well constructed, well run course, which challenged me in exactly the way I hoped it would when signing up. Even if I remember only some of the techniques it will help improve my presentational skills, and on a personal levelhelp me enjoy the experience of presenting more.
