The online Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading course is for you if you’re already in a leadership role and are looking to develop your skills to be the best manager you can, get the most out of your team members and to fast-track your career.
If you’re not already in a position managing a team but you aspire to be then this recognised business qualification, accredited by the NCFE (a national awarding organisation), will help you stand out for promotion and set you apart in job interviews. It will give you the understanding of the principles of team leading in business as well as the expertise to be a good communicator, build relationships and ultimately get the best performance out of yourself and other people.

Suitability - Who should attend?
You don’t need to have any previous training or qualifications to enrol on and excel in this team leadership course. To be fully funded you need to be aged 19+ and have lived in the EU for at least 3 years.

At the end of the course you'll receive a Level 2 NCFE Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.

This course is FREE if you are aged 19+ and have lived in the EU for the past 3 years and currently living in England outside of Greater Manchester, Liverpool City, Cambridge & Peterborough, Tees Valley and West Midlands. If you have not lived in the EU for the past 3 years, please contact us to discuss.
