If you want to develop your customer service skills and understand how to effectively communicate and interact with customers.

What will I learn?

Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of customer service skills, which they will then be able to implement in their own workplace. The course will help learners improve how they communicate with customers and also to understand the overarching rules and principles of customer service. The course units are as follows:

  • Understand the principles of customer service
  • Understand the use of communication in customer service
  • Understand the rules of customer service

This is an internally assessed qualification – the work carried out in each session is used to evidence completion of the qualification.

This course can be delivered either:

  • Online, self paced - you will be allocated a tutor should you have any questions or need any support as you complete your qualification
  • 5 days face to face
