This learning package is all about enabling and facilitating change. We help you to create the best environment for you to adapt within, rather than telling you what to do or what to change.
Part of what enables change is the people around us, our connections make a huge difference in our lives. It’s why we encourage connection in all our courses. We are additionally passionate about building opportunities for social connection because it has a huge impact on health and wellbeing, our immune system and even how long we live. We don’t need to be physically connected - social connection is about feeling close and a sense of belonging - so, of course, it can happen online too.
So this course has three parts - online learning, webinars and workshops - and you can choose what you want to do and when!
