Suitability - Who should attend?

Anyone who works in an office, wants to work in an office or just needs to get to grips with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.  This course will take you through from the basics to an intermediate level so is suitabe for absolute beginners and those with some basic knowledge.

Outcome / Qualification etc.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive the Executive PA School Office IT User Certificate.  Throughout the course are a series of Tutor Marked Exercises and your mark on each exercise contirbutes towards your overall grade of Pass, Merit or Distinction.

Access

At the end of this module you will understand how to use a database, how to create reports, how to enter data, use filters and run queries to extract key information to help make informed decisions.
