Written by Aarti Thakor, Director of Legal Services at the Charity Commission, this 30 minute e-Learning programme is designed to raise awareness and provide a snapshot of the scope and purpose of the Charity Commission’s regulation, the current charity sector landscape and the legal framework as it relates to charities.
With interactive learning activities, knowledge checks and key reminder messages from 'virtual Aarti', the programme covers 4 modules: Module 1 - Regulatory Landscape, Module 2 - Legal & Regulatory Framework, Module 3 - What is a Charity?, Module 4 - Trustee Obligations. You can take each module at your own pace, picking up where you left off and are able to see your progress throughout.
