As managers, HR professionals or business owners, some of the hardest parts of the job can be conversations with employees. Talking about sickness absence, performance concerns, disciplinaries, recent losses, can all be very difficult conversations. This is made even more tricky when mental health issues are involved.


Led by expert speaker Alicia Collinson, this virtual classroom seminar will provide you with the tools necessary to broach difficult subjects with your employees and discuss them effectively.
