The need to comply with the Equality Act 2010 is an ever present in today’s workplace. The rights of employees and obligations placed on employers and others are constantly evolving through caselaw handed down by the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Appellate Courts.
In this webinar, we will look at how discrimination law in 2023 impacts on all aspects of the employment relationship, from recruitment through to termination of employment. We will consider how problems can arise in practice and practical steps to avoid Employment Tribunal claims or minimise exposure to liability.
