Incorporate Emotional Intelligence into your training - Train the Trainer in-house or on-line workshop
This in-house on on-line training programme works to enhance the skills and professionalism of internal trainers and enables them to achieve a CPD Certificate in Professional Facilitation Skills. Designed for teams and organisations looking to help their internal trainers make the most of every session, this course will help participants tap into the benefits of Emotional Intelligence and infuse other practical techniques into their training.
Throughout the workshop, participants will learn by doing to develop their skills and master the advanced techniques of Appreciative Inquiry and 4D Review. The course will review the MTC approach to training, which of the MTC techniques help enahnce emotional intelligence, the impact of intra- and inter-personal Emotional Intelligence and the 8 key behaviours of Emotional Intelligence.
We also offer a CPD accredited, 90 minute, on-line, 1-to-1 coaching workshop of this course from £45 per session on Zoom or Teams.
Utilising state of the art software using Smart phone interactions in our online workshops we can guarantee complete delegate participation and motivation.

Course delivery details
This course is available online over 8 x 90-minute modules @ £45.00 + VAT per person, per module and can be delivered on a 1-to-1 coaching / mentoring format or in a cohort of up to 12 delegates per group.
This 2-day course is also available in face-to-face classroom format.
