This course consists of three to four core modules based on either Certificate or Diploma route focussing on developing an understanding of professional practice, business issues and the HR context, using HR data and contemporary developments in human resources. Optional units encompass employment law, resourcing and talent management, contemporary developments in HRD, organisational design and development and managing human resources functions.

Candidates will most likely have successfully completed the CIPD foundation qualifications or hold a first degree or, for those who:
