Course description

An integrated approach to employee wellbeing is good for people, the right thing to do, and can nurture heightened levels of engagement whilst encouraging your people to achieve organisational success. Promotion of good employee wellbeing helps prevent stress and creates a positive working environment where both individuals and organisations can thrive.

This course explains the importance of wellbeing, who’s responsible, and some quick wins to boost wellbeing within your organisation. You’ll also take away examples to relate to your own workplace experience.

The course has been created by Shona McFarlane, CIPD’s Associate for wellbeing, together with the CIPD’s in-house experts.
