Team work: Maximising Safety and Productivity
This workshop allows you to access your bodies natural ability to feel grounded and focused. We share the tools and techniques used by leading entrepreneurs, sports teams and elite military personnel to enhance their feelings of safety, even when under stress or threat.
The need to feel safe is wired into every cell of our being.
The safer we feel in our environment, selves and personal lives the higher our capacity is for creativity, innovation and growth.
Within this workshop we explore the Neurobiology behind safety, how by feeling Psychologically safe we can in fact access different areas of our brain and body, leading to increased performance and capability.

This workshop will help you to:
- To recognise when staff members or yourself are entering a stressed response
- To develop safe environments within your teams
- To understand what changes in our brains with safety and danger and how vital this is for understanding your working relationships
