Course description

New employees need to quickly embrace the organisation's mission, goals and philosophy; personnel practices, health and safety rules, and of course the job they're required to do, with clear methods, timescales and expectations. This course is designed to help delegates design a suitable and efficient induction programme for their own working environment and for remote working.
