Course description
In April 2020 the Parental Bereavement Leave Regulations 2020 were introduced. This is the first legislation in the UK that gives employees specific time off in a bereavement situation.
This prompts the question, therefore, of what leave employees are entitled to receive? In what circumstances are employees allowed to take time off, what length of time can they take and is the leave paid or unpaid?
Presented by the highly experienced and popular speaker Kathy Daniels, this convenient 1 hour update will explore time off allowed in a variety of situations, from bereavement to maternity/paternity leave, jury service, sabbaticals, religious festivals, and much more.
