Starting with how to bring and oppose bankruptcy petitions, the course will then explore the work of trustees in bankruptcy and their statutory duties before finally looking at the end of the process, namely discharge and its consequences.
Along the way, barrister Phillip Patterson will draw attention to the latest authorities and provide practical assistance both to experienced personal insolvency lawyers and those who deal with these issues only occasionally.
