  • Section 16 - committals of youths to the Crown Court for sentencing (serious offences - formerly referred to as grave crimes)
  • Section 73 - the position regarding credit on a guilty plea (adults and youths) - also the credit position where the Court is obliged to consider a minimum sentence
  • Sections 165 and 166 - the imposition of a custodial sentence and a term of disqualification from driving - extensions/adjustments/uplifts
