First Response Training have been working with Dimensions since early 2007 to provide a wide range of health and safety and social care training courses to their staff.

Lucy Day is an accredited executive coach and International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. Coming from a background in service transformation and behavioural change at director-level and with a wealth of experience in enabling board-level leaders, senior managers and healthcare professionals to become more effective, Lucy chose to professionalise her coaching skills with the AoEC in 2020. Now running her own practice, here Lucy talks about her experience of coach training on the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programme.

In recent years, we have been lucky enough to be on our own improvement journey, working with some of the world’s most effective manufacturing organisations and leading minds in the sector. This has helped us to discover a phenomenal amount about ourselves and how we can enhance our level of service delivery, developing an armoury of fresh ideas on how we can support businesses with knowledge transfer and accountable learning.

And so, the Manufacturers Network was born. It isn’t just a management consultancy or an education provider – it’s a network of manufacturing professionals with a common goal: to be the best we can be for our customers. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. Instead, we supplement our education and on-site support programmes with knowledge sharing experiences to facilitate opportunities to learn from each other to identify solutions through self-discovery.
