Adapting to Constant Change
This course will enable leaders perform more effectively in an environment of constant change and uncertainty. The business landscape in which we operate is more complex, ambiguous, and at times volatile than ever before, all of which can lead to distraction, stress, anxiety, and disengagement. To be successful in this environment, leaders and the people they lead must be highly adaptable, able to perform at high levels in the midst of this constant change and uncertainty.
This popular programme will enable your leaders to:
- Absorb more change and uncertainty while delivering high levels of performance
- Use a process to immediately manage and reduce the impact of disruptions, distractions, stress, and anxiety on their performance
- Develop an action plan for long-term improvement of their own adaptability

This module helps leaders at all levels learn and apply skills for adapting to constant change and uncertainty while delivering high levels of performance, through an experiential activity, self-assessment, discussion, and videos.
