Course description
Microaggressions can be one of the most common forms of discrimination in the workplace and often include insensitive statements, excluding people from situations, slights, and snubs.
They can be both verbal and non-verbal, intentional, and non-intentional, and are often so subtle that you may likely witness, experience or are responsible for a microaggression on a daily basis.
During this short webinar, expert speaker Kathy Daniels will explore what microaggressions are, the harm that they can do and how we can manage situations to stop the microaggressions from occurring. It will also look at supporting those who are upset due to microaggressions, as well as setting out a code of behaviour in the organisation.
