This is a trainer-lead, participant-centred course. participants participate through discussion of current situation and how to move to their preferred position.

- 10.00 - 11.00 Communication Skills - The Basics
- (Understanding of the underlying attitude and approach to Influencing a given situation)
- 11.00 - 11.15 Coffee Break
- 11.15 - 12.00 Understanding the difference between positive and negative behaviours utilized in Influencing and recognising the impact of each style employed.
- 12.00 - 13.00 Practical Exercises to Reinforce the Theory Learnt
- 13.00 - 14.00 Lunch
- 14.00 - 15.00 Learning to Listen
- (Concentration on the TRUE objective and understanding how prejudice and bias can also influence the outcome of a given situation)
