This course will help you to build your employability skills and provide a qualification for your CV, demonstrating you’ve learnt skills that all employers value. This course is an ideal preparation for work - providing job search skills and independence skills.
This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of key employability skills. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of employability skills.

Training Course Content
Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of key employability skills, which they will then be able to implement in their career. The course will help learners improve how they solve problems, work as part of a team and communicate in the workplace. The course units are as follows:
- Problem solving in the workplace
- Problem solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- Communication in the workplace
- Time Management
This is an internally assessed qualification – the work carried out in each session is used to evidence completion of the qualification.

This course can be delivered either:
- online, self paced - you will be allocated a tutor should you have any questions or need any support as you complete your qualification.
- 2 day face to face
