The ILM is part of City and Guilds, the no.1 for qualifications in UK and recognised internationally in 80 countries. Our training programmes aim high and develop the potential of the Office Professional Sector of the workforce. The programmes are created and developed from the latest Academic Research into the Office Professional Profession. This research was undertaken by Global PA Association & Kingston University Business School and was published in Academic Journals as ‘Still in the Ghetto, Experiences of Secretarial Work in the 21st Century’. The research identified that a glass ceiling still exists in the 21st century for this workforce sector and as a result the Global PA Association & Training Academy now partner with the ILM (City & Guilds Group), CPD Standards Office & Birkbeck, University of London on qualifications that raise career opportunities for the profession.
In the last 12 years, Global PA Association & Training Academy has developed thousands of Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants in the UK, Middle East, Far East & Australia. Our trainers are qualified and Executive PAs regularly return to our programmes for the motivation and inspiration that they deliver. The programmes have been developed by a former Executive Assistant, Rosemary Parr who has 35 years experience as a PA working in UK Parliament and for the former Chairman of British Telecom (Sir Christopher Bland) and is now a qualified CIPD International Trainer & Motivational Coach.

Our E-Learning Programmes offer bite-size learning for busy Office Professionals unable to attend a day workshop. Our programmes consist of 1 hour weekly modules and can be customised for your organisation.
Open Courses are offered in central London and we partner with De Vere Venues on training venues in West End & Holborn. Clients include the banking industry, public sector, insurance sectors, media and charities.
