Highly recommended!

The style of communication/learning was excellent. I have learnt many new ways of approaching and dealing with colleagues and patients. I highly recommend this course.

Taught me what I have been doing wrong

The course is very helpful and it really opened me to various styles of communicating. It taught me what I have been doing wrong and the ways that I can correct it.

Contained every aspect of communication skills needed

I found the course contained every aspect of communication skills needed. The delivery was good and enjoyable and I liked the fact that it was a small class.

Good discussions

I enjoyed the fact that Susan was very encouraging for people to ask questions and prompted discussions. It was interesting to hear other peoples points of view.
