Course description

Acting as a conveyancer for developers covers a range of clients: whether that’s large companies or house owners with a back garden big enough to build more houses on or to add to a neighbouring development site. Because of this, whilst the essential conveyancing law remains the same, there are many aspects which require special attention depending on the type of client.

Paul Tobias presents this live and interactive broadcast which will provide an overview of some of the important elements and potential pitfalls to avoid.

It will cover the Building Safety Act 2022, restrictive covenants, how to identify when the necessary easements have been granted, the UK residential property developer tax, and more.
