Adhering to health and safety legislation is the duty of every employee and it is not sufficient to put all the responsibility on the employer.

Presented by leading trainer Kathy Daniels, this webinar will explore the legal obligations relating to health and safety. As well as workplace hazards, and how to use a risk assessment as a structured way to identify and manage hazards, you will also examine actions that can be taken to reduce the likelihood of accidents occurring and the reporting processes that are required if an accident does occur.

Finally, you will consider specific issues relating to health and safety and mental health.
