Small Business Management
This is an introductory course for anyone who has recently set up a business or anyone who is thinking of setting up a small business or becoming self-employed. You will learn about the foundations of business management. The course covers organisational structures, customers and business responsibilities, and explores the common features shared by successful small businesses, as well as the common pitfalls to avoid.

What you will learn
All sessions will be interactive. Students will understand the theoretical approach to business management and entrepreneurship through tutor facilitation, brainstorming, class activities, case studies, videos clips and other business resources. Students will be required to think critically and draw conclusions based on different business situations.
