Sales Management 2 - 3-day Training Course

The quality of a sales team depends on the ability and quality of the sales managers. Sales managers must generate revenue and profit through their sales teams. To be able to meet targets, KPIs for the team must be established in order to manage performance. This interactive course will develop participant skills in order to forecastnbsp;future sales, plan future operations, introduce change and work with a team to successfully fulfil a role.

Suitability - Who should attend?

This course is designed for everyone who has attended the TACK Sales Management course – ideally within 3-6 months of the original course.

  • Coach and develop your team to achieve optimum performance
  • Use a clear business plan for developing, forecasting and measuring business
  • Confidently prepare and deliver productive and motivational sales meetings
  • Use tools to identify, measure and analyse team activity aligned to core business objectives
